About Me

Where My Design Journey Began
My passion for design began long before I understood what user experience truly meant, driven by a natural knack for creating. In school, experimenting with Photoshop for fun sparked my journey into graphic design. When a supervisor asked me to learn After Effects due to a shortage of video editors, it opened the door to my passion for video editing. But it wasn’t until Junior year of college that I realized how design could solve real-world problems. What began as a passion for graphic design soon turned into a fascination with how people interact with technology.
Exploring Design Beyond Visuals
My early experiences in posters, branding, and motion graphics laid a strong foundation. But the more I designed, the more I realized that my excitement didn’t stop at creating visuals—I wanted to dive deeper and understand how design could be shaped by user behavior. That’s when I discovered UX design.
My Journey till now
Over the years through internships and freelance projects, I’ve built a foundation in interaction design, UX research, design systems, branding and front-end development. I’ve designed accessible, user-centered solutions, including assistive technologies and data-driven dashboards. My curiosity and drive have taken me through collaborative projects across industries like healthcare, education, and sustainability, where I’ve learned the value of listening to users and designing for inclusivity.
What’s Next
Today—after a few experiences and many lessons—I’m pursuing my MS in Information (UX Research and Design Track) at the University of Michigan, where I’m continuing to refine my craft, push boundaries, and explore new possibilities. Now that you know my story, I’d love to hear yours.
Let’s connect and collaborate to create something meaningful together!
